🌟 Day 1: Pangkalan Bun – Tanjung Harapan – Proboscis Monkey Tour (L, D)

✨ On the first day, your journey begins with a pick-up service from Pangkalan Bun Airport or your hotel, followed by a short 25-minute transfer to Kumai River Port. From here, you will board a Deluxe or Super Deluxe houseboat, complete with air-conditioned cabins and a private bathroom.

✨ As the boat cruises deeper into Tanjung Puting National Park, you can enjoy the lush rainforest views while observing wildlife such as macaques, proboscis monkeys, orangutans, and a variety of tropical birds.

✨ at noon around 14.00, you will visit Camp Tanjung Harapan to witness the orangutan feeding session, before continuing the river cruise at 16.00 to spot more proboscis monkeys along the riverbanks. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay aboard the comfortable houseboat.

🌟 Day 2: Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey – Fireflies Cruise (B, L, D)

✨ After breakfast on board, the journey continues with a cruise to Pondok Tanggui, the second orangutan rehabilitation center. At 09.00, you will witness the orangutan feeding session and have time to capture memorable photos.

✨ The trip then proceeds upriver to Camp Leakey, the highlight of orangutan research and conservation in Tanjung Puting. Along the way, you will pass through the “black water river,” an area teeming with wildlife such as exotic birds, primates, fish, and even crocodiles.

✨ A freshly prepared lunch will be served by our cook on the houseboat. In the afternoon, you will enjoy trekking through the forest at Camp Leakey to observe another orangutan feeding session until 16.00.

✨ As evening falls, the cruise continues to the Nipa Palm area where you will marvel at the sight of thousands of fireflies lighting up the riverbanks. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay on the air-conditioned houseboat.

🐒 Day 3: Morning River Cruise – Kumai – Pangkalan Bun (B)

✨ On the final day, after enjoying breakfast on board, you will take a morning river cruise back to Kumai Port. From there, you will be transferred directly to Pangkalan Bun Airport for your onward flight.
